We take pride in being among the first to offer bankruptcy services, whether according to the old or new system, and our services vary to meet the greatest extent of our clients’ desires for financial and administrative advisory services. Additionally, we use electronic technologies and platforms with which we seek to provide services with speed and competitive quality. Our services are varied to meet the requirements of the bankruptcy system and its executive regulations as follows:

1. Assistance in Initiating any Bankruptcy Procedure.

This involves aiding in completing the necessary data for initiating any bankruptcy procedure, adhering to approved forms and ensuring compliance with all legal aspects.

2. Endorsement of the Protective Settlement Proposal.

According to bankruptcy system requirements, executive regulations, and relevant laws, endorsing the protective settlement proposal requires certification by an accredited bankruptcy trustee, confirming that the proposal comply with the regulatory requirements.

3. Performing the Duties of the Financial Reorganization Trustee.

The primary tasks include overseeing the debtor's activities (entity undergoing financial reorganization), receiving claims from the debtor's creditors, studying and providing opinions on these claims, and submitting them to the relevant judicial department overseeing the bankruptcy lawsuit. Additionally, preparing a disposition report of the debtor's assets and other specified tasks outlined in the bankruptcy law and its executive regulations.

4. Performing the Duties of the Liquidation Trustee.

The bankruptcy trustee replaces the debtor (entity undergoing liquidation), serving as its legal representative before government and private entities. The trustee's key responsibilities include selling and liquidating the debtor's assets, maximizing returns, and repaying the debtor's creditors in accordance with the system's provisions, along with other specified tasks detailed in the bankruptcy system and its executive regulations.

5. Performing the Duties of an Accounting Expert.

Our services extend to acting as a certified accountant expert in any bankruptcy system case. Holding accreditation as a certified accountant expert recognized by the bankruptcy committee, we are appointed by the bankruptcy department overseeing the bankruptcy lawsuit to provide professional accounting advice on any matters or points required during bankruptcy proceedings.
